President's Notes
Hi everyone!
It's hard to believe we're halfway through summer already! Things are going well. I'm very proud of our officers -- each and every one of them is really stepping up and doing a fantastic job. I have no doubts when we pull out onto the highway that Road Captain Dog will get us where we need to go. I have complete confidence that our Treasurer, Cristi, will have the figures I need when I need them. It's like that for each and every officer.
It's nice to be able to have complete faith in our people!
Something else that makes me happy is how our entire group is working together as a team. We're operating with dignity and pride. We're helping one another learn new skills. We're respecting ourselves, our communities, and we're remembering our nation's veterans. I'm proud and humbled to be a part of our group.
Please remember, our July meeting is at 1 p.m. July 19. We'll meet at the Legion in Le Mars, then we'll ride somewhere fun to have the meeting.
We DO need volunteers to help with the Plymouth County Fair booth. If you can help work, please e-mail me and let me know if I can put you on the list. We need people for both Saturday and Sunday, August 1 and 2 in the afternoon and evening.

Veep Thoughts
If anyone's interested in going to the Mid-Winter Conference in Des Moines February 13 through the 15, 2010, please let us know as soon as possible. Our chapter will pay for two hotel rooms.
We'd also like you to start thinking about the Romp, the possibility of going to Sturgis, maybe even getting another group together to do the Run for the Wall over Memorial Day weekend.
